Next Day Delivery:
 Next Day delivery is only available to those shops which do not fall within the regions of our sales agents. Please call to find out if you are within an agents area.
 Next day delivery is available if ordered before 12noon Monday through Wednesday. Next day delivery will arrive prior to close of business (5pm) the day following your order.
 Shipping is carried out by Parcelforce. We can, if requested, supply you with a tracking number to help you keep tabs on your order. If you have any concerns or queries related to your order, please call us on 0115 987 5552

 
Payment Terms:
 Credit Card/ Debit payment with order, or cleared cheque. If paying by cheque please allow 5 days for clearance before goods will be dispatched.

 
Introductory Offer Terms:
 Applies to new business, first time orders only. Buy 5 gallons and receive 6th gallon free. Buy 10 gallons and receive 12 etc. To take advantage of the free gallons, please mention offer at time of ordering.

 
International Orders:
  We currently make 1-2 Continental Europe trips per week with our own vans, also there is an agent who buys from us that covers the same area. If you would like us to add your wholesale business to our runs, please contact us with your address so we can see which delivery day we could add you to. Please contact us for quotes.
 For USA orders, we ship airfreight with a leading major airline. The Consignment clears customs in the UK and you collect from the Shipping agent near the airport in the US.
